Is it healthy? A year ago I keep reading articles that eating eggs is not healthy. It’s the cholesterol level that the eggs contain. But you know what? The trend is reversing. Now there are supposedly reliable studies and researches that claim eating eggs is healthy.
In this time and age, you just don’t know which to believe.
Well, it all boils down to moderation. Don’t eat too much of anything frequently. It is safe to eat eggs, but maybe not daily and not two eggs a day. Too much of anything can really be bad for you.
But with all the fast food and processed food that are readily available and very much convenient to eat and prepare, it’s really hard to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. I’m not sour graping but I do believe that only the rich can afford to prepare healthy and varied meals every day.
