I am so excited today. I was just told that my wedding gown was already done and that I can fit it anytime I want. I know about ‘pamahiins’ about a bride not fitting her gown because if she does, it will only cause bad luck.
I don’t believe in that. In any case if there’s gonna be a bad luck, it will be the result of not trying on the wedding gown first. Just imagine, you’re on your wedding day and you saw your gown for the first time. You put it on and then when it’s time to zip up, you can’t! Because the gown wouldn’t fit at all. Now that’s what I would call a real bad luck.
There’s nothing wrong with doing a fitting for a wedding gown. In fact it only makes sense because that’s the only way you can be sure that your gown will fit you perfectly come the big day. Otherwise you will have to make quick repairs right then and there and I assure you, that will not be a good experience.
