Over the holidays, I admit that I failed to really fight the urge to eat a lot. Who can resist festive servings of your favorite dishes? Aside from that, I also found myself gaining weight because I had a lot of shifting schedules to attend to. That is why I need to research on some food that burns fat to plan my food intake in the following days. I know that it takes more than eating the right kind of food but of course it will definitely help to also guard what you eat aside from doing some physical activities to trim down.
